Usage is pulled straight from Square (native House Account charges); the monthly settlement is excluded. Each person gets a monthly stipend ($100 full-time / $50 part-time, by Rippling employment type) — "owed" is what to deduct from payroll. A bulk close invoices and emails each holder (except excluded accounts), snapshots the ledger, and downloads the payroll CSV.
